First appearance: Page 23
The scrappiest of the group, Marcus is the latest addition to Livewire, though he has worked with them for a few years. With his shady background, Marcus has a lot of connections to the less scrupulous people of the city, so he's able to use those connections to get information. He was a poor street punk in the past, so probably he more than anyone appreciates the financial stability Livewire is providing.
Short and slightly ratty, Marcus knows he isn't high-class, and he doesn't mind. He wears an old black vest over a white tank top and blue jeans. He also keeps his scruffy black hair confined by a blue handkerchief. He proudly wears his faint mustache as if it were a real, thick one.
True to his looks, growing up on the streets did not make Marcus a refined individual. He's often uncouth, though he means well. If there's an off-color joke, he's probably heard it, or maybe even invented it. Still, he waxes warm and nostalgic when you talk to him about friends and family back home.
He grew up poor and causing trouble in the streets. Life wasn't easy for Marcus before he got into Livewire. The group benefits from his connections to a lot of the city's underbelly.
