Enemies

Doug
Points100
AttackPunch
AppearanceAll levels
ThreatLow

Doug is the simplest and most common thug in the game. He is content to rove back and forth, swinging punches at any would-be hero that stands in front of him for long enough. He is not a very big threat, though you must always be careful not to be caught off-guard by Doug while you are climbing ladders or ducking under bullets.

Difficulty Change
Lv.2Slightly more frequent punches
Lv.4Faster movement
Lv.6Faster punches

Wayne
Points200
AttackGunfire
AppearanceAll Levels
ThreatLow

Wayne was just barely smart enough to bring a gun with him. He fires it now and then, in whatever direction he's facing at the time. Cautious heroes can easily avoid his gunfire by pressing down to duck. On his own, Wayne is a simple foe to defeat. However, when preoccupied with other more complicated enemies, his bullets might catch you by surprise or trap you in a difficult situation.

Difficulty Change
Lv.2Shoots more frequently

Louie
Points200 (300 if caught off guard)
AttackCharge
AppearanceWarehouse, Apartments, Greenhouse, Office
ThreatModerate

Louie may look like he's out of shape, but that girth carries a lot of momentum when he gets going. If he catches a glimpse of our heroes, he goes running full steam toward his target. A carefully-timed attack can take care of him during a charge, but if you take him out before his charge you're awarded more points. Beware! Louie can see you climbing on ladders and ferociously knock you off of them if he gets the chance.

Difficulty Change
Lv.3Increased Speed
Lv.5Increased Speed

Jack
Points300
AttackPunch
AppearanceApartments, Construction Site, Mall, Office
ThreatModerate

More eager and riled up than his peers, Jack runs off after his enemies as soon as he sees him. But while he may seem foolhardy, he's careful not to get too close to his target. When engaging Jack, you have a small window of time in which to hit him. When he winds up for a punch he lets his guard down just long enough for you to either take him out or run away. If you can climb up or down to a different level, you'll lose him. Jack is easiest to defeat when you sneak up on him.

Difficulty Change
Lv.3Faster Punch

Crossley
Points300
AttackGunfire
AppearanceApartments, Greenhouse, Construction Site, Office
ThreatModerate

Crossley patrols much like Wayne does, ready to shoot when the time seems right. However, he is much more decisive with his shots. He'll shoot in your direction when the opportunity comes, so be ready! Like Wayne's gunfire, you can avoid an untimely death by ducking under the bullets. Just don't let a faster or more dangerous enemy stumble onto you while you wait for the bullet to pass by.

Crossley isn't just a better shot than Wayne, he's also one of the more loyal minions, ready to aid his superiors when they call for help.

Difficulty Change
Lv.3More frequent opportunities to shoot

Biff
Points200 (300 if caught off guard)
AttackCharge
AppearanceGreenhouse
ThreatHigh

Biff may look pretty dumb, but he can solve a Rubik's cube. He functions a lot like his cousin Louie, spotting heroes and charging after them in a berserker's rage, but he's actually tougher. Biff takes two hits to defeat, so attackers must follow their first punch by a well-timed follow-up punch. Be careful not to let Biff catch you on a ladder, and heaven help you if Biff occupies your time while a raccoon or bullet approaches.

Difficulty Change
Lv.3Increased Speed
Lv.6Increased Speed

Meinji
Points
AttackRaccoon
AppearanceWarehouse, Apartments, Refinery, Greenhouse, Construction Site
ThreatModerate

Meinji may not be all there, but that doesn't mean he isn't trouble. Wouldn't the guy who thinks he's in a video game actually be something if he WAS in a video game? Meinji stands out of reach, sending his pet raccoon Cruise Elroy down after you. He'll only occasionally appear, but he's always just out of range of your fierce retribution. When the raccoon seems to have failed and his mission is on the line, Meinji will resort to more drastic and effective ways of attacking.

Difficulty Change

Cruise Elroy
Points100 if jumped, 500 if defeated
AttackCharge
AppearanceWarehouse, Apartments, Refinery, Greenhouse
ThreatLow

Nobody knows why Meinji keeps a pet raccoon he found rooting through the trash, but this ferocious rodent becomes his weapon when the heroes have him on the run. Cruise Elroy cascades down the screen, following the floors and ladders until he reaches the bottom corner. If you remain alert after hearing its telltale screech, you can easily jump it as it runs by. Even better, a good solid punch sends Elroy to the bottom of the screen in style. But because of its low profile, it must be knocked off a ladder at just the right moment. This can be dangerous!

Tony the Twitchy Squirrel
Points1000
AttackNone
AppearanceAll Levels
ThreatNone

The rarest and most skittish of the mob goons, Tony the Twitchy Squirrel only appears when the moment is right. If you can defeat enough enemies fast enough, he might just poke out of a door for a moment. He's too afraid to attack you and he doesn't stick around for long so if you see him, act quickly.

The Witch
Points
AttackUnknown
AppearanceAll Levels
ThreatHigh

As a creature who watches over humanity for her amusement, the Witch gets bored if you are inactive for too long. Keep dispatching those goons and don't dilly-dally, because if time runs out you'll have an unstoppable entity chasing you. The Witch is invincible and pursues you endlessly. If she gets you before you finish the stage, you must start the stage over.
